We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with large and comfortable rooms that were well-kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The pool area had some issues with cleanliness and loose tiles, which was disappointing. The dining options, while decent, lacked variety and could be improved. Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was enjoyable.
